When you meet Joanna, the feeling is electric. You sense that you are in the presence of someone truly special. Joanna is one of the most compassionate, loving and genuine people you have ever met. Joanna has been the top producing Realtor in Lake Havasu City for 12 years running. After starting her real estate career more than 15 years ago, Joanna rose up through the ranks at two larger firms, winning many national awards before finally deciding to open her own home town real estate office in 2000. She has become the most recognized name in real estate in the city. From her famous theme song and jingle "SOLD... Joanna Did It Again" to her unparalleled website and blanket print advertising campaign, Joanna is the name that people know and trust when they think of Lake Havasu real estate. Many have seen her SOLD signs on properties all over town and heard her jingle as vacationers over the years prior to calling her to purchase their dream property.

Joanna is the Sales Leader for the #1 Real Estate team in Lake Havasu City. She oversees the entire operation. She is our mentor and teacher.

Joanna is married to Mark, a pilot, and enjoys traveling with him to their cool retreat in Prescott. There she is also a real estate developer, responsible for planned residential communities and commercial office parks. Joanna and Mark recently completed their new home in Lake Havasu's premier golf community - The Refuge Lake Havasu and they also enjoy vacationing to new travel destinations whenever possible.

Justina is the Designated Broker for Joanna and Associates Realty, as well as Joanna's sister. Justina has worked on Joanna's team in Lake Havasu City for 9 years. She is a multi-million dollar producer. "The best part of my job is the people I meet and understanding their desires and needs for a home."

Before coming to Lake Havasu City, she worked for Home Savings for twenty years, 10 of which she spent as an Escrow Manager in San Diego. Justina has two grown sons and four gorgeous grandchildren. Justina enjoys her free time boating, traveling, spending time with her mom Rosalie and loves being a Grandmother!

Lia is our Listing Manager. She is incredibly knowledgeable in establishing the fair market value in which a property will sell for, determining exactly what should be done to each specific property to bring it to top selling condition. She completes hundreds of Comparative Market Analyses (CMA's) for our clients each year.

Originally from Connecticut, I have lived in Lake Havasu City for 14 years and have no plans of leaving. I've been in the real estate business for seven years full time and have been a multi million dollar producer since my second year. I love working with people and I strive to meeting my clients needs.

On my free time I'm with my one year old son and my husband. I also enjoy boating, visiting the Glamis dunes and just relaxing by the pool.
